We will automatically issue refunds to everyone who purchased a ticket. The amount will be returned to the card or account used for the original payment.

If you are under 16, entry is allowed only with a parent or legal guardian.
What time does the concert start?
The concert begins at 7pm, and doors will open at 5pm.

The event will end at 11pm.

No, tickets can only be purchased online via the provided links. We do not offer ticket sales at the event or other locations.
How can I receive my ticket?

No, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
What should I do if I purchased a ticket but haven’t received it by email?

What should I do if I lost my ticket?
If you have lost your ticket, please reach out to the ticket website’s support team. They will resend you a copy of your ticket. Or write to us at support@navalny.com.
I’m a journalist, how can I get accreditation for the event?
To get accreditation for the event, please email support@navalny.com. In your message, include your full name and the name of the media outlet you work for.
Will there be food and drinks?
Yes, bars will be open all evening. Card payments are accepted.
Where can I buy your merch?
Merch will be available at the venue, and you can pay by card or cash.
Can I bring my tablet, laptop, charger or powerbank?
Tablets, laptops, tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed. You may bring one small powerbank, up to 10×10 cm in size. Please do not bring spare batteries.
Is there a cloakroom where I can leave my items?
Yes, the cloakroom is located in the entrance area. The charge is 3 EUR per item. Please note: you may bring one small bag no larger than DIN A4 (21×29.7 cm). Security staff will check bag sizes at the entrance using a template.
Larger bags can be left in the bag storage for 6 EUR.

If you’re bringing a larger bag, we recommend using the lockers at Ostbahnhof station, a short walk from the venue.
